Established in 1996, the Jasper Ridge Brewery produces a beer made from all natural ingredients such as malts, hops, yeast, and water and creates beer that is bursting with individual flavor, color, and aroma. We provide it to you fresh from our 10-barrel all-grain brewing system on our property. We've rediscovered the rich, enjoyable flavor of fresh brewed beer.
Our house beers include our famous Ropes Golden Wheat, the Jasper Lyte Lager, Red Earth Pale Ale, Jasper Brown Ale, Raspberry Wheat and Gallagher's Irish Stout. Plus we also carry a variety of seasonal beers. Try one today!

The separate lounge area inside the Jasper Ridge Brewery offers the perfect setting for enjoying our freshly brewed beers. It offers happy hour daily and we have several t.v.'s showing the latest news and sporting events as well as a big-screen t.v. Or if you would rather enjoy our house beer in the comfort of your own home, you can also purchase "Growlers" of your favorite brews to bring home.
While enjoying our fine handcrafted beer, you will also want to try one of the delicious food items from our recently expanded menu. We have added several new sandwiches, entrees and appetizers to complement our original favorite menu items. Specialties include grilled steak or chicken Fajitas, the Pump and Prime sandwich (thinly sliced prime rib piled high on a freshly baked pumpernickel bread with cheese and sauce), our famous Cheese 'n' Beer soup or the mouth watering Awesome Blossom appetizer (A fresh whole onion sliced to blossom, beer battered and deep fried). Plus we offer a variety of hand made specialty pizzas! At the Jasper Ridge Brewery we'll provide you with an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience.

The Jasper Ridge Brewery opens at 11 am daily. The kitchen is open until 11 pm, and the lounge is open till 2 am. All major credit cards are accepted. Gift cards are also available in any denomination. |
