Please read all of the information below on how to place an order. Since the store’s inventory is always changing, you need to contact us via e-mail before placing an order.

First - Choose Your Products:
E-mail Michelle mmlamere@cvresort.com a list of everything you would like to buy from the website.  When ordering please include:
     Name of the product
     Size (if more than one size)
     Scent (if any)
     Quantity
     Shipping method.
Please include your Zip Code so I can estimate a shipping charge.

Second - Choose a Shipping Method:
1) Priority Mail (Average 2-5 days) Not recommended for merchandise weighing over 5 pounds. Insurance is an extra charge and is recommended..
2) FedEx Ground (Average 2-5 days with tracking & insurance)
3) FedEx Overnight Service
4) FedEx 2 Day (includes tracking & insurance)
5) FedEx 3 Day (includes tracking & insurance)

We are NOT Responsible for shipments that are NOT Insured.

Third - Order Verification:
After receiving your order, we will check the store’s current inventory and verify which items we have in stock. We will then e-mail you with a list of the items, prices and a total which will include shipping costs (from whichever carrier you choose).

Fourth - Send Payment:
We will hold your order for 10 days as we wait for your payment. After 10 days we will reshelve the item for sale.
Michigan Residents will be charged a 6% sales tax on their purchases.

Lastly - Shipment of Your Order:
We generally ship within 48 hours of receiving payment (except on weekends). We are not responsible for uninsured packages. Once they leave our hands we assume no further responsibility for them if uninsured.

Warranty:
All items are brand new and are inspected before shipment. We will offer exchanges only on merchandise that is unused and undamaged
